I made oatmeal sesame bread today... partly out of necessity (something for dinner) and partly out of procrastination (don't really want to work on those final papers). It came out really well. Great taste, although I think the bubbles were bigger and more uneven than they're supposed to be.

Uneven bubbles?!?! Uh oh... that would only get a red at the fair!
Your bread looks really good. I have been practicing lately - I'm getting better, but I definitely have uneven bubbles and somewhat lumpy bread. Good luck!
